I am assuming you plan on installing Windows.  You can use fdisk in
windows/dos to delete the linux partition, and then add a dos one and
install onto that.   

The real trick is getting rid of LILO - run fdisk /mbr   which is
undocumented.  This replaces the master boot record on the harddrive,
which will just boot to the active partition.
