You should see performance improvements since there are twice
as many CPUs to run apache child processes on. How much of an
improvment depends on how CPU bound your httpd's are (i.e. if you're
doing lots of SHTML / PHP / CGI / YADAYADAYADA dynamic content there
should be a noticable improvement ; if you're mostly I/O bound
(waiting on disk or network bandwith) it may not be noticable).
