Excel

(and no, Star Office's versions of them are not good enough.  WP works for
me for a word processor, so at least Word's not on that list too)

Specific to my field:

Arlequin

There's a reason I have both Windows and Unix machines at home and at
school, and it's not because I like Windows. ;-(
