[ale] sendmail

I am having a problem with my sendmail 8.8.4 to wit.. All inbound mail is
rejected with a 550 error "user not found"

Users appear to be set up correctly, I can send mail to users internally,
and I can send mail out.  If anyone might have a suggestion as to what to
look at I would be very greatful!
