A.  Sorry, passwords use a one-way crypt function that can't be
    reversed.  Only way is brute force, using crack or something
    similar.

B.  I wouldn't help, even if it was possible, because it doesn't need
    to be done.  User passwords were meant to be private.  If you need
    to change it, change it.  But you shouldn't know what it is.
