[ale] MPEQ under linux

Umm I havent tested my Voodoo3 3000 with Linux yet. Linux needs to use
glide with the Voodoo3(from what I was told) but my best guess would be
change the resolution and amount of colors, set colors to 37 Mil and try
it at a different res.
If you don't have glide drivers, install it.
