[ale] Success!



I got the installer to boot finally. I mounted the boot image as
loopback, copied the initial ramdisk and kernel from it, and booted
them. I thought it would be more complicated than that.
TurboLinux 4.0 is now installing, barring any CD-ROM decode errors
(eek!)
