Oracle connectivity
Internet connectivity
LAN/WAN connectivity
Win 95/98 desktop
Office 97/2000
Jetdirect printer management
NDS management
Project Management skills
Personnel Management skills

Exposure to the following would be nice:

Freedom Accounting
Westcorp check printing software
Livingston Comm-servers (using Radius)
