Charter pipeline is a joke.

They are imcompent and clueless M$ slaves.  The office people are more
of a joke. The techicains are morns.  The NOC don't know the diffence
bewteen a 3com and a cisco router.  But thier service is stable and it
easy to get around anything they try to do.

Just ignore the office, techs, and NOC  you are good to go for as long
as you have the cable modem.
