Actually, you don't have to disable the PNP; I have a generic PNP NE2000
clone up and running. It just takes a little work with ISAPNP.CONF and
CONF.MODULES...

I use a Linksys Fast Ethernet16 ISA card. BUT you must disable the PNP
before using. When you disable PNP be sure to specify a usable IRQ and
memory address. This card will use the NE2000 compatible driver.
