[ale] [ale-admin] Modem Bonding with a local ISP?

Do you know of any ISPs in Atlanta that support modem bonding with Linux?  If
not,
do you have suggestions on how I cold find out which ones offer support for
Linux customers?  I have extra modems and in the evenings, I don't need the
office phone line available, so I'd like to speed things up with bonding.
