[ale] 2 setwork cards rh5.2

I have Redhat 5.2 and 2 EtherExpress 16 cards installed.
eth0 is at irq 5 and eth1 is at irq 10.  My conf.modules
looks like

alias eth0 eexpress
alias eth1 eexpress
options eexpress irq=5,10


When I boot up I can sucessfully install eth0 but not eth1
Is there something wrong in the above file?
