Crossover, unless you have a dedicated uplink port (cross built-in).
(Hint:  Does it have 5 jacks or 6?  Typically, normal jacks have a "X"
over them and uplinks have a pair of parallel lines.)

I don't have a Linksys personally, so I can't go look!
