Yup. If configure isn't smart enough (or it doesn't have a
configure script), you can help it out (assuming you have bison and
flex installed, of course :) by specifying some vars when you run it
(configure or make):
YACC=bison LEX=flex ./configure
or
YACC=bison LEX=flex make
