[ale] where is yacc?

i've been attempting to compile some sources for msql and the make keeps
failing.  This hasn't happened before until now.  I'm running debian2.0
kernel 2.0.36.

here's the message from make

yacc -d parser.y
make[3]: yacc: Command not found
make[3]: ***: [parser.c] Error 127

the entry in the makefile for yacc sais
YACC=yacc

that's basically it.  I've upgraded to the new glibc library.  I'll
probably post this to the msql list too,  but I just thought that yacc
should be there and it didn't show up in find.

thanks for any suggestions on what do with this yacc thing.
