I erred greatly in naming it "the rootshell breakin patch" It was a feeble
mental link to a problem correctly pointed out by Michael Warfield as
being a buffer overflow patch not associated with rootshells problem. My
mental link was that the overflow was found in the search for a cause of
rootshells problem. chock it to _another_ thing my wife can say I was
wrong about ;)

The buffer overflow of note is apparently fixed and was of little risk as
it was needing very specific conditions not easily obtained.
