[ale] ALE Shirts

We finally have more artwork for the ALE shirts.  The plans are as follows.

Tshirt, ash or black or light blue:

There was some interest in a polo shirt.  These would be in ash or black
light blue:

Comments are appreciated.  When we have the final design, I'll post some
prices and availability... please don't send any orders yet.  Please do
send comments, especially on the shirt color.
