Essential System Administration
by AEleen Frisch
Yet another O'Reilly book, now in its 2nd edition.
It covers all common UNIXes, including Linux. I have found it pretty
throrough for most common tasks, and its treatment of various styles of
UNIXes (for example, SysV vs. BSD style init) is sometimes helpful in
figuring out how different Linux distributions are configured.
