[ale] Procmail "forward" recipe

I have sendmail/procmail/fetchmail all working just fine. I would like to
create an alias that bounces anything sent to it to an different internet
e-mail service like hotmail, yahoomail, etc. I tried this:

:0 HE
*^To.*user at domainx
!outside at domainy.com

Watching procmail in verbose mode, I can see it catch the message and then try
to send it via sendmail, but it gets rejected with 'user unknown' type
messages. What am I missing here?
