[ale] Where is X lock files?

Tried that. I then get 

Xlib: connection to "192.168.0.2:0.0" refused by server
Xlib: Invalid MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 key

Something scrambled when the bare box went down. I think it is on the UPS
box. It must still be looking for a connection on a broken socket.
