When I attempt to start Debian 2.0 and X the monitor and keyboard stop
responding. I used xsetup and configured so that X would start using xdm.  I
am not sure how to prevent xdm from running because I cannot even login to
debian thus enter xsetup/xconfig.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
