I believe it is compiled into the kernel on the default Redhat Kernel. I am
not exactly sure which options(about 10 of them) are turned on but it
definitely does support APM. You could go to the /usr/src/linux directory
and type 'make menuconfig' to see what current options are selected for the
kernel......
