[ale] chmoding /dev/dsp ,etc

it's safe... if you don't mind everyone having the ability to play sounds out
of your speakers. my preferred method is to create an audio group, and add
all the users you want to have audio permissions to it. then chgrp /dev/dsp
to that audio group, and set its modes to 660. the new group will be usable
by your users on their next logins.
