JetDirects know how to talk lpd. Give the JetDirect an IP address (see
its docs or email me)
and then set it up /etc/printcap.
rm == remote machine,
rp == remote printer (text or raw, text sends hp pcl "TEXT START" code),
mx == maximum file size (lines, 0 = infinite)
example printcap entry:
