[ale] Modem Login

I have redhat kernel 4.1.  I am trying to make/enable my modem for
answering.  My modem works for dialing out, but when i try to dial in
nothing works. I know that i have to spawn/start a process.  Does anyone
know how to setup the modem for dialin login's.

My modem is connected /dev/ttyS1
