[ale] printing problem

	hey, i got a problem for u guys.  Currently Im having this problem 
where I have a printer offline that I send jobs to and lpd reports that it
printed just fine and then the job goes away.  Well the printer is off so
that isn't possible so I want it to queue up intil the printer is turned
online again.  Seems like its not even checking the dtr status line.
