[ale] rvplayer, help please

I've experienced this with a variety of applications and found the problem
to be fvwm getting confused.

I solve it by popping up the FVWM Utilities menu and restarting fvwm.  (Be
careful not to select exit fvwm.)  This solves it every time without
disturbing anything.
