[ale] I need help networking Win NT 4.0 and Linux

I have two machines.  One is a P200 running WinNT 4.0 and the other is
a 486Sx33 running Red Hat Linux 4.x.  I have network cards in each and
each machine plugged into a hub.  The WinNT seems to be networked ok,
but I am not positive.  The Linux box isn't networked at all (at least
I don't think so).  Is there someone that could come to my apartment
and properly install my linux and configure it.  I am willing to pay
something for this, but I don't know what it should cost.  For the
record, I tried updating the Linux to Red Hat 5.0  but for some reason
the video driver for my chipset (Cirrus Logic) did not work with
higher resolutions in 5.0, though it worked fine in 4.0.
