[ale] The system is going down...



Thanks Todd, I'll try that.  It doesn't look possible, but is there anyway
to do this remotely?

remove the file /etc/nologin.
Look at man nologin for more info.
I've also had this happen on my Rh 5.1 system.  I'm not sure what
causes it.  Anyone?
