Hey, what program under Linux are you trying to use to connect to the site? 
Standard command-line FTP, or something else?  (Like Netscape?)  Also, what
exactly are you typing at the command line or into the URL window that
doesn't seem to be working?

BTW, pretty please turn URL encoding off on your mail composer.  It makes it
a lot easier for many of us to read your mail.
