[ale] 3270 emulation

I can't say I've tried it recently, but Netscape comes in various flavors.
Check out the "professional_edition" distribution for some form of their
3270 support.  I peeked at the 4.08 distribution at ftp.netscape.com and
found the file named HOD3270_unix.tar.gz present.
