[ale] fips errors

I am trying to resize my win95 partion on a laptop.  I used fips.exe in ms
dos mode but i got an error saying that filesytem 0ch was unknown.  I dont
know what this means cuz the harddrive is 2.1Gb, i have 1.5GB free i just
want to resize the amount of disk space that win98 uses.
