[ale] ne2000 config program needed

Since I couldn't get my 3c509b working, I tried installing a $5 ne2000
clone. It seems to work, but only out of the thinnet port (it's a
combo card). Does somebody have a ne2000 configuration program so I
can try to switch it to using the TP port?
