Being a newbie to linux/unix, I have a question, and it's not a troll or
anything like that. What are the advantages and differences between FreeBSD
and Linux (RH, Slackware, etc..) Is one better than the other?
Not trying to start a religious war or anything, i have just been wondering
which would be the best thing for me. I am a student of MIS at Auburn
University. I can't really find any straight answers on the web, and being
a longtime subscriber to this list, i know there are plenty of very
knowledgeable people on here...
:)
Thanks a million,
