[ale] IRQ!

Greetings all:

Just got a D-Link 500 10BaseT card in with the new PCs. I'm having
a bit of a problem getting Linux to detect it properly. It's a PCI
card, so I can cat /proc/pci after the machine is booted to get:

io=0xd400
irq=11

However, this machine also has a USB (Universal Serial Bus) that 
is ALSO on irq 11. Can't disable or re-config the USB. Anyone have
any suggestions?
