[ale] Recommendations for Tape Backup Software

I've got a Colorado T4000s in my Linux box and I'd like to know if anyone
has any recommendations on tape backup software (free or commercial)?  I've
got a pretty typical setup, Linux server, linux & winbloze clients.  I'd
like to do the whole LAN, if possible.  I'm looking for something a bit
more powerful/user-friendly than tar/cpio/dump.
