[ale] Linux P5 f00f fix and idt

	This fix for the f00f bug is rather clever.

	I didn't realize that these invalid instruction sequences
resulted in the calling of low interrupts, so a fix of this nature was
quite a surprise, for me anyway.

	Anyone want to give any background on the fix in light of Alan's
BUGTRAQ announcement?

	Exactly what happens to result in these interrupts being called?
