[ale] PPP and 2IP subnet.

Got a fun one. 

  My provider set me up with a 2IP subnet 207.174.7.24-.27
  with valid IP's being .25 and .26.  The first machine to
  connect (my gateway) is assigned .26.  Problem is that
  It's not taking routes and such.  Someone punch some numbers
  up and pass em on.  I'll compare them against what
  I have and hopefully find the discrepancey as to why
  I'm unable to "web".  

  Also, since upgrading to RedHat 4.1 my ppp gets a max
  speed of 9600.  Any recomendations?
