Forgive me if this has been answered in the past, but I am about to
repartition my laptop so I can install linux.  (most likely slack96)  

Questions:

1.)  Does lilo work with boot manager?
2.)  Can you install from the dos partition (hope hope)?  I have no cdrom
drive on my laptop and am not a big fan of disk swapping.  I suppose I could
use debian and do most of it via FTP...

any other bits of wisdom?
