  Try sunsite (or mirrors) in pub/Linux/X11/XFree86-3.1.2/elf in the
file X312lib.tgz if release 3.1.2 is up to date enough for you. 

  If you need XFree86 3.2, try ftp.xfree86.org
/pub/XFree86/3.2/binaries/Linux/ix86-Elf in file X32lib.tgz.
