I sent a note to the owner of apache.net and got this:

BTW, the one advertising www.miamicity.com appears to have come from
litardo at mailhost.netrunner.net. Whois shows Alex and Fernando Litardo
as the admins for netrunner.net as well as miamicity.com. 
So either he's a twit or an evil genius is trying to make him look bad
by making forging spam from his site in his name. Which do you suppose
it may be? 
Either way, he gets a no-spam request.
