[ale] PAP Authentication - HELP!!

Hello!

My ISP is switching to PAP authentication from a prompt based login procedure.
I'm using diald and a connect script but it seems like the script will be
obsolete after the switch...

Does anyone here know how PAP works with pppd?  And what information do I need
to setup my /etc/ppp/pap-secrets file?

I've noticed in the man page for pppd that it will agree to authenticate it
self so I guess it doesn't need any extra parameters for that?

Any pointers or suggestions are welcome!
