[ale] AOL down caused by Linux broadcast storm?

Wasn't there something in the paper (or in one of the trade rags) this 
last week about a similar problem dropping Panix.com to it's knees. ???

PS. I'd love to see a visual network display program that would 
actually draw in network "storms" :)
