I totally agree.  Isn't it a "Georgia" thing to push Georgia into 
being "the" telecommunications state?
Well, it certainly hasn't the backing from Bell South, that's
vey apparent here...

Those solutions still have to have a dialup send line, or someother
method to send dat, they are receive only, no ?
