[ale] re: alarm clock

I received a request from someone else on the ALE list for the 'alarm
clock' script.  Anyone is welcome to it, just let me know.  Also, I
did locate the site of the time sounds.  on sunsite.unc.edu check out:

/pub/multimedia/sun-sounds/computer/saytime

Other great sounds/noises/songs there too, check out a few
directories up from there.
