[ale] Linux DHCP Server

I've read the man pages and I've looked through the HOWTOs but I can't find 
any definitive answers as to how to set up a Linux DHCP server.  The bootpd
man page mentions DHCP at the very bottom of the page as it references 
an RFC but I'm not sure where to look for mor info.  

Any help would be appreciated.
