Read /usr/src/linux/Documentation/Changes or check out
http://www2.nether.net/~jared/victim.html to find out to jump from 1.2.13
to the latest and greatest. Either should answer your questions, but I
like to think that Documentation/Changes does a better job of doing so
;-).
