Not having used the rpm....

I think you need a /etc/sshd_config, and it looks like it saved it as
rpm original.  The sshd_config is pretty easy to read, and you also
need shh_config (The client),

So make a /etc/sshd_config and sun sshd, it should make the host keys
up for you.
