These pages refer to "http://www.gatech.edu/ale/expo.html";.
I tried to access this URL but got a "File /ale/expo.html Not Found
on this server".

Is the URL correct?  Is expo.html there yet?
Going to www.gatech.edu/ale/expo/ does display the (desired?) information.
Is this NOT an html file?  What's happening here?
