Note that "capacity" is the amount of space *used*; confirm this
by comparing the numbers for the other fs's. So 0% capacity is
a (virtually) empty filesystem.
I have no idea what your real problem is. Can other programs read
and write that fs? Can you write a simple program that just
reads and writes lots of data to that fs, and run it for awhile?
Might be informative.
